You can pick up the vehicle directly at our rental office. We also offer vehicle delivery and collection services for your convenience. Delivery / Collection Fees: • Osaka City Area: JPY 2,000 per trip • Kansai International Airport (KIX): JPY 8,000 per trip • Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport / ITM): JPY 8,000 per trip For delivery or collection at other locations, please contact us in advance for availability and pricing. We recommend making arrangements before your rental date to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

To rent and drive a vehicle in Japan, you must present the following valid documents: • Passport • Valid Driver's License • International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention Alternatively, drivers from certain countries and regions may use: • A valid driver's license issued in their home country • An official Japanese translation of the driver's license issued by an authorized organization Please ensure all documents are valid and presented at the time of vehicle pickup. If you are unsure whether your driver's license is accepted in Japan, please contact us before making a reservation.

If the driver or passengers require medical treatment as a result of an accident during the rental period, the customer is responsible for medical expenses up to JPY 400,000. Any eligible expenses exceeding JPY 400,000 will be covered by the insurance company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Please note that insurance coverage is subject to the policy terms, exclusions, and claim approval procedures.

Please comply with all Japanese traffic laws and regulations during the rental period. The following actions are strictly prohibited: • Driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) • Driving under the influence of drugs or prohibited substances • Driving without a valid driver's license • Allowing unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle • Reckless driving or illegal road activities In the event of an accident, theft, damage, or any emergency, you must immediately contact both the police and our company. Any violation of the rental agreement, Japanese laws, or insurance policy terms may result in the denial of insurance coverage. In such cases, the renter will be fully responsible for all damages, losses, compensation, legal liabilities, and related expenses.
